About Law Press

A

OUR CREDO

Law Press publishes a number of online journals on contemporary legal developments and key subjects viz. constitutional law, criminal law, corporate law, IPR, international law, and technology law. It is a medium for legal scholars – be it law students, academicians, professionals, or judges – to make original contributions to the legal field. We also publish a blog on myriad legal issues. Our endeavor is to contribute to legal scholarship, offer a stage for discussion on the most important and relevant legal issues, and encourage reflection among scholars.

THE JOURNALS

Law Press publishes the following online journals:

  1. Law Press Journal on Constitutional Law (LP-JCL)
  2. Law Press Criminal Law Journal (LP – CrLJ)
  3. Law Press Corporate Law Journal (LP – CLJ)
  4. Law Press Technology Law Journal (LP – TLJ)
  5. Law Press Innovation & Intellectual Property Rights Journal (LP – IIPRJ)
  6. Law Press Contemporary Legal Affairs Journal (LP – CLAJ)
  7. Law Press Journal on International Law (LP – JIL)

Each Journal has an ISSN number (currently in process), is published biannually (2 times in a year), and is retained perpetually by Law Press. The current and previous volumes are accessible on our website archive.

THE EDITORS & THE ADVISORY BOARD

Each Journal is edited by an Editorial Team team of editors lead by an Editor-in-Chief and is guided by a Board of Advisors composed of eminent personalities from the legal arena. The Journal selects editors in a process that typically includes assessment of research skills in addition to skills at analyzing legal scholarship.

EDITING PROCESS

Law Press adopts a rigorous and intense editing process for selection. Our editors proofread, verify and line-edit each submission for accuracy and originality to maintain excellent standards of legal publication.

ONLINE PRESENCE

“Accessibility allows us to tap into everyone’s potential.” ― Debra Ruh. Law Press publishes all its journals online which are accessible to everyone without subscription. We believe in sharing knowledge and providing scholars with a more accessible platform. Needless to add, we love nature and avoid cutting trees to print our journals on paper.
